Cancellation Policy

1. The guests may cancel the booking at any time. Cancellation must be in writing in the form of letter or email.

2. the following cancellation charges will apply to all rental canceled: 

   • Over 90 days prior to check in: deposit refunded minus $100 processing fee.

   • Between 60 to 90 days prior to check in: as the credit towards the house to be used within a year.

   • Between 30 days - 60 days: lost of 50% Rental and full deposit.

   • Within 30 days: lost of 100% of rental and full deposit.
